We ship to all areas of Quito: North, South, Center, and Valleys.

How do I arrange a home delivery or cash on delivery?

1.- Write to us on our WhatsApps 0968833744 or 0983794355 , you can also click on the green WhatsApp button on your right, send us your location, with which we can determine the distance to which you are and we will give you an exact shipping value.

2.- Once you accept the shipping cost, we will request all the necessary information to proceed with the shipment.

3.- If it is payment on delivery, you can make the payment at the time the carrier is making the delivery:

Cash

Credit card (payment link)

Bank Transfers (must be reflected immediately for delivery otherwise the item will not be delivered)

Payment Of One.

Delivery times within Quito.

1.- If you made a purchase or arranged for a delivery to be made on the same day, it will be accepted until 12 p.m. After this time, deliveries will be made the following day.

2.- If your purchase or delivery is urgent, you will be quoted a PRIORITY delivery, taking into account that this type of delivery is much more expensive than standard delivery . (This will depend on unit availability.)

3.- If you have a specific time you wish to receive your purchase or delivery, you must inform us 24 hours in advance so we can coordinate your delivery en route and meet your requested schedule.

4.- Please note that if your order is for a personalized chocolate or arrangement, you must check the minimum lead time on the website or by contacting our WhatsApp and let us know your preferred delivery date. (Chocomania prepares the arrangements or products once the order is placed to ensure fresh food or gifts.)

Shipping to other cities or provinces .-

1.- Write to us on our WhatsApps 0968833744 or 0983794355, you can also click on the green WhatsApp button on your right. If you make a purchase, shipments are made through Servientrega or Cooperativa de buses.

2.- To send your package, you must have previously paid the cost of the product plus the shipping cost, through:

Credit card (payment link)

Bank Transfers (must be reflected immediately for delivery otherwise the item will not be delivered)

Payment Of One.

3.- Servientrega shipments : if you cancel and send us all the necessary information that we will request for a correct shipment before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, your package will leave the same day, after this time it will be dispatched the next day.

4.- Cooperative Shipping : If you cancel and send us all the necessary information we will request for correct shipping before 12:00 noon Monday through Friday, your package will be shipped the same day. After this time, it will be shipped the following day.

Chocomania is not responsible for the condition of the merchandise when shipped by bus cooperatives; this is the consumer's responsibility.

5.- Once we have sent your package, we will send you the guide so you can keep track of it and collect it.

6.- Sending arrangements with decoration or personalized chocolates cannot be sent to other cities due to their fragility, therefore these products will only be available for the city of Quito.

7.- At the moment Chocomania does not ship to the Galapagos Islands Region due to the volatility of shipping costs.

8.- Once your product arrives, you have 24 hours to report any updates. (We strongly urge you to inspect and test your product; please keep all packaging in case of any problems.)

After this time, only the 30-day warranty for factory defects will apply.

Refunds for damage do not apply if the shipment was made by Cooperativa de Buses.
