Delivery times within Quito.
1.- If you made a purchase or arranged for a delivery to be made on the same day, it will be accepted until 12 p.m. After this time, deliveries will be made the following day.
2.- If your purchase or delivery is urgent, you will be quoted a PRIORITY delivery, taking into account that this type of delivery is much more expensive than standard delivery . (This will depend on unit availability.)

Shipping to other cities or provinces .-
1.- Write to us on our WhatsApps 0968833744 or 0983794355, you can also click on the green WhatsApp button on your right. If you make a purchase, shipments are made through Servientrega or Cooperativa de buses.
2.- To send your package, you must have previously paid the cost of the product plus the shipping cost, through:
Credit card (payment link)
Bank Transfers (must be reflected immediately for delivery otherwise the item will not be delivered)

3.- Servientrega shipments : if you cancel and send us all the necessary information that we will request for a correct shipment before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, your package will leave the same day, after this time it will be dispatched the next day.
4.- Cooperative Shipping : If you cancel and send us all the necessary information we will request for correct shipping before 12:00 noon Monday through Friday, your package will be shipped the same day. After this time, it will be shipped the following day.
Chocomania is not responsible for the condition of the merchandise when shipped by bus cooperatives; this is the consumer's responsibility.
